Since 2012 she headed crisis departments of three Russian hotels, bringing them to high profitability in 8 months. She received an award "Guiding Star - 2017" for the best hotel from the Government of Moscow.
Mrs Kobyak is an author of the manual "Quality Management in Hotel Industry" and over 80 publications, three monographs, four scientific and methodological textbooks.
